September 1, 1975: Tonight Tom Seaver set another record by striking out 10 Pirates in front of 45, 000 at Shea Stadium. The strikeouts put him over the 200 strike out mark for the 8th straight season. In the 1975 season Seaver would again lead the league in strikeouts with 243. It was the 4th time he topped the NL, doing it in 1970, 1971, 1973 & 1975. He would do it one final time the next season, 1976. Tonight's victory was also the 20th of the season for Tom Terrific. It was the fourth time he reached that milestone. He would end up leading the league in victories going 22-9 with the 3rd best ERA in the league at 2.38 and winning his 3rd Cy Young Award. Seaver was spectacular tonight, as he pitched the complete game shut out. Only allowing four hits and one walk. The game was a big one not only because Tom

Cleon Jones was really kool, I asked him to sign a glove I have with a bunch of all time Mets signatures. I asked him to sign right next to his old pal Tommie Agee's signature, he did & smiled. He got up to accommodate me taking a few photos. I told him he was one of the best outfielders the Mets ever had & deserves more credit than he gets. He sincerely thanked me..jpg)

Future Passed album, and hanging out in Ben's basement partying and drifting away into the music.
Graeme Edge is the lead drummer (of which now there are two on stage) and one of the founding members of the band. Graeme comes out from his kit and talked about the 40th anniversary of men landing on the moon & Woodstock. He then does a great percussion march across the stage during his rendition of Higher & Higher, as he recites his lyrics while the band jams behind him. He also recites his composition Late Lament which he penned off the great Days of Future Passed album. Edge has written much of the poetry found on most of the Moodies classic albums. He now resides on Florida's Gulf Coast with his girlfriend.
